Shipping Information

How much do you charge for shipping?

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Inside contiguous United States:
Please add $7.00 if order is less than $100. Orders over $100 receive free shipping. All orders from individuals can be processed if accompanied by check, money order or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: Please add $20.00 if order is less than $100, or 20% of the order total for orders over $100. Actual shipping charges will not appear during online checkout, shipping charges will only appear on your invoice. Orders may take as long as 6-8 weeks for delivery. All orders from individuals can be processed if accompanied by check, money order or credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

All other locations: CPW will ship your order if it is a minimum of $1000 US Dollars. Orders will be shipped to your freight forwarder or parcel carrier within the contiguous United States per your direction. Prepayment of the order total plus a 20% shipping and handling fee is required for the assembly of your order. If the actual shipping charges for your order exceed 20% of your order total, you will be contacted for additional payment. You are responsible for clearing the products through customs and any charges for customs and duties are the responsibility of you, the customer and your agents. Actual shipping charges will not appear during online checkout, shipping charges will only appear on your invoice. Prepayment can be made using credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or through a bank wire transfer. Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of bank wire transfers.

Why did my order arrive in two different shipments?
We make every effort to ship your products at the same time. However, on occasion a limited availability of the products may require that the order be shipped at different times. When products are back-ordered, we will ship those products that are currently in stock. This leads to the possibility of deliveries arriving in separate packages on separate days.

What if my order is damaged when I receive it?
Before signing the delivery receipt, check for shortages in the carton count and for any visible damage to the cartons. Note shortages or carton damage on your receipt and have the driver do likewise. Keep the original shipping cartons that show the damage. Do not destroy them! Immediately notify our office and the delivery carrier of the problem. We will replace damaged goods at minimal inconvenience to you.

What are your delivery terms?
All orders are processed as rapidly as possible. In order to expedite shipment, we reserve the right to alter designs and specifications or make substitutions without prior notice-all items will be of equal or greater quality and educational value. If merchandise is temporarily out of stock, the item(s) will be backordered and shipped as soon as possible.
